Carol directs all services of Hannahville’s Department of Planning and Evaluation, which includes all of the Environmental Programs. She works with staff on the implementation of their respective grants and assists in their coordination with other tribal programs and community development. Carol was instrumental in the development of environmental protection for the Hannahville Community and remains a determined voice in this area.
Scott oversees the implementation and management of all environmental protection programs for the community. He oversees the following grant programs, U.S. EPA General Assistance Program (GAP), U.S. EPA Clean Water Act 106 (water quality monitoring and protection program), U.S. EPA Environmental Exchange Network Program, and BIA Master Plan: Environmental Management.
Tim assists the Community in protecting water and environmental resources. He performs various tasks including implementation and organization of surface and groundwater sampling activities, and development and updating water resource management plans. These plans include wellhead protection, storm water pollution prevention, wetlands inventory and management, quality assurance project, underground injection control, class V well inventory and management, nonpoint source management, and assessment management.
Brian is responsible for the proper management of natural resources data by collecting, storing, retrieving, and disseminating various digital data utilized by tribal departments as well as keeping an organized inventory of important tribal information. Duties include managing the tribal geographical information system (GIS), applying global positioning system (GPS) technology as needed, design and maintain the tribal environmental website, carry out tasks necessary to develop an environmental compliance electronic network between tribal water utility operations and water quality monitoring and development, generate various maps for tribal departments, develop and update quality assurance plans and protocols to properly store and manage data, and coordinate development of an exchange network node.
Theresa's duties include coordination of the Hannahville recycling program including collection and drop-off of recycling materials, education and outreach, assistance in solid waste management, general office duties, and technical and field assistance as needed.
